Here you can find attached all the logistical infos you’ll need for this conference.

The workshop will be held at Palazzo Tartara (Sala Riunioni 2 First Floor). 

Travel information

For those joining us from abroad, you can choose to fly to Milan Malpensa (MXP) or Torino Caselle Airport.

If you land at Malpensa Airport, to reach Vercelli from there, you will need to go to Milano Centrale first. To get there, our suggestion is to take the Malpensa Express train – you can check the schedules and buy your ticket here: https://www.malpensaexpress.it/en/.
From Milano Centrale, trains to Vercelli run every hour. You can buy your ticket here: https://www.trenitalia.com/en.html.

If you land at Caselle Airport Turin, you can reach Turin railway station by bus or regional train to Torino Porta Susa, and then take a Trenitalia regional train from Turin to Vercelli (approx. 50 minutes). You can book your trains from the Trenitalia website: https://www.trenitalia.com/en.html.

Reimbursement

UPO (Università del Piemonte Orientale) will refund your expenses for travel, accommodation, and meals.

Please keep all receipts and be reminded to pay with a card only, and retain the POS receipt as well. Italian law does not permit reimbursement of payments made with cash.

You will receive a form to fill out and sign a few days before the conference.
